Mocamoco DAYS Privacy Policy
Mocamoco Co., Ltd. ("we") handles information in the Mocamoco DAYS app (the "App") as follows.
1. Our principle — your health data never leaves your device
The App forecasts your day-to-day condition tendencies from your menstrual cycle and checks them against your device calendar to help you plan ahead. The App requires no account. Health-related data you enter or import, such as your cycle, is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.

You can revoke Health and Calendar access at any time in your OS settings; the related features then work with manual entry only.
3. Information sent to third-party services
Only the following services receive the minimum information needed for their purpose. None of them receives health information such as your cycle or condition.
(1) Notification delivery — OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc.)
Used to deliver updates (re-engagement notifications) from the App. Once you allow notifications and complete initial setup, the following is sent:
- A push notification token and an anonymous subscription ID issued by OneSignal
- Basic device/app information (OS and version, device model, app version, language, time zone)
- Notification delivery and open status
- Two non-health tags used for targeting (whether initial setup is complete / whether you use reminders)
We do not register your name, email address, or any external ID with OneSignal, and we do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID). The location feature is excluded from our build.

(2) Purchases and subscriptions — RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.)
To verify your DAYS Premium status, App Store / Google Play receipt information and an anonymous app user ID are sent to RevenueCat. Payments are processed by Apple / Google; we never receive your card details.

(3) Usage analytics — Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC)
To improve the App we collect anonymous usage statistics such as which screens are viewed and how often actions are taken. What is sent: the type of screen viewed, the type of action (completing setup, whether calendar linking was allowed, purchase/restore results, changes to notification or reminder settings, etc.), an anonymous app instance ID issued by Firebase, and basic device/app information. No health information — cycle dates, phases, condition, or event details — is ever sent. Advertising ID (IDFA / AAID) collection is disabled and analytics data is not used for ad personalization.

(4) Crash and error monitoring — Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.)
To detect and fix crashes and errors, the error details, the screen where it happened, and basic device/app information are sent. Nothing that identifies you is sent, and values that could contain health information (such as screen URLs including dates) are masked.

We use no advertising SDKs beyond the above. Analytics and error reports are sent only from store-distributed builds.
4. Tracking
The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. None of the identifiers we collect is linked to your identity.
5. Deleting your information
- "Delete all data" in Settings erases everything stored on the device, requests deletion of your subscription record from OneSignal (the associated user record is deleted automatically), and resets the on-device analytics instance ID.
- Uninstalling the App erases on-device data.
- Cancel subscriptions from your App Store / Google Play account settings (deleting data does not cancel them).
6. Not medical advice
Forecasts and suggestions in the App are general information intended to support your day-to-day planning. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Condition tendencies vary from person to person.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page; material changes will also be announced in the App.
